This place has gradually been going downhill. They took emphasis off of quality to cater to quantity. Been going here for 7 years since I moved to the area. I had my last meal there a couple weeks ago. Will not be going back. Disappointed.

Great food!! Been going here for years. Best pizza Italian food in Babylon. My family has tried other places in the area but Pizzaiola is the best! Definitely try it!! Staff is always very friendly they know our first names. Never had a problem in the 5 years going here.

Love the pizza. Love the place. Love the food. Today however was an absolute exception. We are there with my sister and we are greeted by the pizza staff who are ARGUING their mouths off. Vulgar words and profanity. Never had I experience like this. That bald kid and the guy with the glasses were going back and forth like no tomorrow. At least do it behind closed doors. Needless to say our appetite was lost today. There needs to be more professionalism when approaching customers. I understand it's a pizza parlor but that scene was deff not needed! Will try again tomorrow

Okay, they deserve the 5 stars. The pizza is good. BUT! The reason why I'm writing this review is to highlight their "grandma vodka pizza" which costs $28. Are they out of their minds charging $28 for that?? It was literally just some vodka sauce and fresh mozzarella on pizza dough. There's nothing mind blowing about the pizza, it's small, and tastes pretty good. But that's it! Save your money and get a regular grandma pie instead.

Went there the other day with my little sister, and the Employees who makes the food were not wearing masks while preparing and making the pizzas (some did others didn’t) I couldn’t believe it, I can understand how it get hot in the kitchen but we’re in a pandemic. Safety first. Don’t get me wrong I love the food but just seeing them not caring and having the masks as a chin guards just isn’t right. The girls who works there were wearing maskS and did a good job. The tall old man with the mustache and glasses was literally making pies of pizzas and was not wearing a mask. MIND BLOWN. Unfortunately I will not be going back there bc what I saw, and I’ve been going there since I was 13. Very unfortunate. Again, we’re in a pandemic wearing mask is very important especially working in a restaurant preparing food for others.

When I was waiting outside for my order ,I was looking in the window and no one behind the counter was wearing a mask or gloves and they were gettingThe food ready . And making the pizza. I thought they should have been wearing proper mask and gloves. Kinda turnt me off

We visit this pizzeria a lot, this time was on a Friday during Lent so of course it was packed! Luckily the wait was not long and we were seated within 15 minutes by the extremely friendly hostess/waitresses. The pizza is consistently delicious, whether dining in or ordering take-out/delivery. This was the 1st time we tried their pasta and it was equally as good. Lent = no meat Fridays so the two of us shared a personal pizzette and a pasta dish. We actually had to take some home because it was a lot of food.

Very nice aesthetics and atmosphere. Very large and roomy inside; great for a full blown dinner. Pizza is top notch in my opinion and service is quick. Although their menu is not very clear and has limited options.

When you wanna get your eats on this is the place! Food is always on point,friendly staff and all around great service. Only downfalls...5-7pm crazy wait...,specialty slices should be much bigger for the price... otherwise good eats...Enjoy

They do it right. Get over there and get yours you won't be disappointed. And I always get a veal parmesan hero with extra cheese and sauce. I've been in New York all my life but I live in South Carolina but when I come home I know where to go. New York has the best pizza Chinese food Bagels and I can go on and on.

Holy Pizza!!! Born and bred in Long Island, currently a DC resident. Every single time I go back to visit, I make sure to stop here to get the best pizza in NY. The specialty slices are each separate slices of heaven, and the buffalo chicken reins supreme. Always friendly and quick. The sit down restaurant portion is an above average Italian kitchen, but the pizza is some next level stuff.

Pizza is always burnt on the bottom. I ask time and time again not to burn the bottom,the pizza comes to my door and guess what the bottom is burnt. Not only is it burnt it is also cold. How can burnt pizza be cold? Time for a new pizza place.

I have yet to go to a pizza joint that makes the pies fresh and heats up the slices upon request that I didn't love. This place continues that trend and I loved the chix bacon ranch pizza in particular. Not quite what I think of for 'authentic NY style pizza,' but still enjoyed it regardless.

They have large portions, the food there is delicious. I enjoyed the lasagna, it was so big I had to take a piece home. Great staff, great experience overall and parking is available.

Went in the other day only to be treated extremely rude by the staff on the registers. Did not feel safe with everyone's masks on their chin. Especially the short kid with glasses. He literally handled my food with his hands full on. and then proceeded to handle every other slice with his hands on the counter. Gross gross Gross. I was so shocked, I threw out my food as soon as I left the store.

This place is a returning diner for me. I come here more for their pasta and coffee. Their coffee is always served with a piece of biscotti, a great combination together. A basket full of warm assorted bread. Today I ordered from their special menu Pasta Fanatico, spinach linguine served with roasted red pepper and asparagus, and grilled chicken strips in a creamy light Marsala sauce. A special dish that’s not in the normal menu. They change their special menu every week. I’m glad I tasted this one. One of the favorite, even by their waitress.

Great food, great service!!! I’ve moved out of NB for quite some years now. Unfortunately I moved further out east and the lack of good pizza place really makes you appreciate what you had. Every chance I’m back in the old neighborhood I take my entire family to pizziola NB. Me, my wife and kids all love this place, not only for food but the friendly service. They remember my face and always nice and friendly to my kids. I would recommend this place to others.

Great pizza in the west islip area. My go to for lunch or diner when im at work. Its hard to find a good slice in suffolk but this place does a damn good job.
